LindseysWhimsys (the company) was pretty much inspired by my wedding last March.  In honor of the one year anniversary to inspiration (among other wonderful things), I am offering a limited time 10% discount on rentals taking place during the month of JUNE 2012.

In order to get the discount:

- Your event must be in the month of June

- You must be a new customer without an existing contract

- You have to sign up quick!  The discount expires in 1 week, on Thursday April 5

- Mention the discount when you request your quote

Welcome Bleubird Vintage and 100 Layer Cake Readers!

Regular readers - A while back I blogged about my blog crush on Bleubird Vintage.  Its such a pretty blog with gorgeous photography, I believe it is a must read/see.  This blog makes me want to be a little hippy.  I really love it.  

Anyway, Mr. and Mrs. Bleubird got married this past year and finally posted pictures on their blog (I know, I'm not really one to talk).  It was the epitimy of a vintage wedding.  I was super excited to have LindseysWhimsys a part of their special day.   They used my vintage plates and mismatch flatware.  Their wedding was featured on 100 Layer Cake, another pretty blog with great wedding ideas.

I am SO excited about this blog post.  I have been working on a new website for LindseysWhimsys rentals and paper products for a while now and am finally ready to share it with all of you!

Sweetest Day = Sweet Deal!

I just read that the 3rd Saturday of October is designated as the "Sweetest Day"... 

Wikipedia says this day "offers all of us an opportunity to remember husbands, boyfriends, the sick, aged and orphaned, but also friends, relatives and associates whose helpfulness and kindness we have enjoyed". Sounds a bit like valentines day but I am happy to join in the celebration!
